General Overview
Boulders Owners Association is located in Lafayette, Colorado at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Hwy 42 & Hwy 287, Lafayette, CO 80026. The Association consists of 156 condominiums and was established in 1997. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants. |

Pool
What better way to enjoy summer than at the Association’s pool? Open during the summer season, the pool is a wonderful place for water aerobics, swimming or enjoying a book by the water.
Location: North of 2771 Whitetail Circle
Hours: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Access: Access is permitted to all owners. A key can be acquired by contacting our community manager.
***Note – Access may be prevented or rescinded if homeowner accounts become delinquent or non-complaint.
